There are many rumours as to where the rebels are hiding, some say that the base is always moving to stay hidden. Others say its simply just that, a rumour as the Highborne rule can never be opposed. While many have journeyed to find their hiding place, none have ever located it. Yet there are those that claim to have seen the city with no worries, the city of true new beginnings where promises are fulfilled.
